Full Time Marketing Intern Jobs, in Sim IT Johor - Maukerja

Sim IT Sdn. Bhd. is an IT company located in Johor and Singapore helping small, medium to large companies to establish their IT infrastructure and business systems. Sim IT Sdn. Bhd. was formerly known as Perusahaan Sim IT in 2007 develops and provides products and services such as business management system implementation, system consultation and IT professional training.

"Sim IT" defines "Simplified It", empowering customers by helping them to reduce their IT burdens in terms of administration, cost, and etc.

Location & commitments

Allowance : RM800 per month + Lunch will be provided & Free parking

Office hour : Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.

Candidate requirements

1. Good communication skills

• Able to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English/Bahasa Malaysia

• Can write simple captions, short-form content, and basic professional emails

• Able to present and explain creative ideas confidently

2. Creativity

• Able to generate creative ideas for social media content, posters, short videos, and digital campaigns

• Strong visual sense in design, layout, and storytelling

• Experience in video editing, storyboarding, and content creation

• Basic knowledge of 2D/3D animation is an added advantage

• Aware of current social media trends and digital content styles

3. Basic digital marketing knowledge

• Understands how platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube are used for marketing

• Basic understanding of branding, target audience, and content strategy

• Familiar with concepts such as SEO, content marketing, and paid ads (bonus)

• Able to analyze engagement and basic performance metrics

4. Skills in basic software/tools

• Proficient in Canva (social media design, posters, presentations)

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut

• Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)

5. Proactive & willing to learn

• Takes initiative

• Asks questions and learns independently

• Contributes new ideas

6. Able to work in a team

• Works well with others (design, sales, operations)

• Can accept feedback and improve

7. Time management & responsibility

• Meets deadlines

• Able to manage multiple tasks

8. Basic analytics understanding

• Can read simple data like reach, engagement, clicks, views

• Interested to learn tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics

9. Good personal branding

• Social media looks clean/professional

• Has a simple portfolio or examples of past work (bonus)

10. Preferred living in Johor.
