Job description

· Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

· Plan, assign and monitor daily tasks, work orders and operational checklists for the team.

· Lead and guide technicians/general workers in carrying out assigned duties.

· Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline and productivity.

· Ensure all work is carried out according to company procedures, safety requirements and client requirements.

· Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and ensure necessary corrective actions are taken.

· Monitor the condition and proper usage of tools, machinery and company equipment.

· Communicate and coordinate with clients, Team Leaders and management on operational matters.

· Prepare and maintain basic operational records, reports and documentation when required.

· Ensure the work area is safe, clean and properly maintained.

· Support manpower planning and ensure sufficient manpower for daily operations.

· Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Candidate Criteria

· Minimum SPM.

· Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in a supervisory, technical, maintenance, industrial or operational environment.

· Previous experience in leading or supervising a team is preferred.

· Good leadership and people management skills.

· Able to plan, organize and prioritize daily work effectively.

· Responsible, disciplined and able to work with minimum supervision.

· Good communication skills.

· Able to handle operational issues and make practical decisions when required.

· Basic knowledge of workplace safety and operational procedures.

· Experience in scheduled waste / industrial services / maintenance will be an added advantage.

· Willing to work according to operational requirements and schedules.

· Able to start immediately or within short notice is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
