Full Time Building Manager (33KV Competent) - Data Centre Jobs, Salary up to MYR 15,000 in Neuron Solutions Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building and facilities operations, including 33kV electrical systems, M&E infrastructure and critical facilities.
• Manage and supervise facilities, electrical and maintenance teams, contractors and service providers.
• Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of 33kV switchgear, transformers, HT/LV systems, generators, UPS and electrical distribution systems.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, testing and equipment servicing.
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for electrical and building-related issues.
• Manage planned shutdowns, switching activities and maintenance works in accordance with approved procedures and safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical safety, building, fire, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor facility performance, energy consumption, maintenance schedules and operational KPIs.
• Manage vendors, maintenance contracts, budgets and procurement of critical equipment and services.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, SOPs, maintenance records and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with tenants, clients, internal stakeholders and authorities on facility-related matters.
• Support emergency response, business continuity and disaster recovery activities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
• Valid Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) competency certification/licence for 33kV electrical systems is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in building/facilities management, with strong exposure to electrical and M&E systems.
• Hands-on experience managing 33kV / High Voltage electrical systems is required.
• Strong knowledge of HT/LV distribution, transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS and electrical protection systems.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary facilities teams.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, risk management and safety procedures.
• Experience in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, data centres or other critical environments will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to be involved in after-hours emergency support/on-call duties when required.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
