Full Time Health, Safety, Security and Environment Manager (HSSE) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Lee Thong Hung Trading & Transport Johor - Maukerja

1. Ensure company’s Safety and Health Policy are adhered by all employees, contractors and facilities.

2. Promote and maintain high level of Safety Awareness among employees, contractors and service provider.

3. Enforce and monitor the company established safety procedures and practices are implemented.

4. Attend to all customers’ periodic meeting.

5. Lead the Company Safety Committee, conduct Monthly Safety Meeting and follow up with action items from the meeting.

6. Initiate toolbox meeting, safety talks and conduct or initiate safety training to new and existing employees and contractors.

7. Conduct or Initiate and review work risk assessment and journey risk assessment.

8. Conduct or Initiate safety inspection (Walkabout) at work premises, road vehicles and highlight to management of findings.

9. Conduct accident and incident investigation promptly and follow up with the action items.

10. Advise management and new Safety, Health and Environment Regulations / Requirements.

11. Coordinate with client on Health, Safety and Environment issues which may arise from meeting, audits, inspection or investigation.

12. Lead and coach the Company Emergency Response Team.

13. Maintain the Company Emergency Response Facility in good service condition.

14. Other Health, Safety & Environment assignment as assigned by LTH Management.

15. Conduct / Counsel the driver for misconduct which is related to HSE at branch level.

16. Initiate the product security, journey management and road surveillance audit.

17. To supervise the Driver Trainer and provide support to the Operation Team and Driver to ensure product deliveries are carried out safely.

18. To lead the Emergency Response Team (CERT) as Site Incident Controller (SIC) during an emergency (on-site / off-site).

19. The HSE Manager is required to interact with all levels of staff in Safety / Operation Department and other related departments of the company.

20. External interaction with customers, contractors and other relevant parties as necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
