Supervisor (Front of House)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support daily operations of front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Ensure smooth workflow and collaboration between kitchen and service staff.
• Monitor employee performance and assist in training.
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering stock, and conducting regular monthly stock takes.
• Address operational issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.

Job Description:

• Reliable and punctual, with a professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Provide leadership to ensure high standards of customer service are met.

Requirements / Qualification:

• STPM/Diploma or Degree equivalent; further studies in hospitality management are a plus.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high operational standards.
• Own transport.
