Full Time Account Payable Transformation Lead Jobs, Salary up to MYR 12,000 in OSADI COMMERCIAL SUPPLIES SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Accounts Payable process governance, ensuring alignment with global policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
• Drive AP transformation initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, automation, AI-enabled solutions, BPO transitions, and other digital finance programs.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve AP processes, focusing on efficiency, scalability, standardization, compliance, and user experience.
• Partner with Procurement, Tax, Treasury, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to design and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Conduct process and control risk assessments and ensure compliance with SOX requirements, internal controls, corporate policies, and applicable accounting standards.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
• Lead change management and transformation activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Support internal and external audits and coordinate corrective actions, remediation plans, and control improvements.
• Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and coaching to AP teams and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to standardize AP processes, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in strategic finance projects and other transformation initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, finance operations, process governance, and internal controls.
• Proven experience in finance transformation, process improvement, ERP implementation, or shared services transformation.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, SAP Ariba, and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with automation, AI, workflow solutions, and digital finance technologies.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across regional and global teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong data analysis capabilities, including advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting/analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a dynamic multinational environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or Finance Transformation.
• Proven experience leading regional or global finance transformation projects, ERP/system implementations, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working within a Shared Services, GBS, or multinational environment is preferred.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
