Full Time Commis II-Kitchen Helper Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Magnum Leisure Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Work closely under the Sous Chef/Chef de Partie’s supervision and carry out instructions in a professional manner.
• Wear a complete & clean uniform and maintain proper personal appearance and hygiene standards.
• Clean and organize chillers and Freezers before starting work and after operation hours.
• Understand the content of the Standard Operating Procedure.
• Make a daily thorough mise-en-place of all items featured on the menu.
• Pick up food orders from various stores, receiving and outlets.
• Keep the work area/equipment clean and tidy and adhere strictly to sanitation and safety standards.
• Knowledgeable of different types of cooking methods, soups, basic sauces and dressings.
• To prepare various types of à la carte menu items and buffet products.
• Set up buffet for function, half an hour before the function starts.
• Ensure proper usage and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils in all kitchen areas.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
