Role Description The Lead Electrical Control System Engineer is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of electrical control systems for industrial projects at MSP Hitect. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Penang, Malaysia, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients. Day-to-day tasks include leading control system design activities, preparing electrical schematics and layout drawings, selecting and specifying components, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations. The engineer will guide system integration, conduct testing, and troubleshoot issues during commissioning and operation, while providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians. The role also involves coordinating project timelines, supporting documentation, participating in design reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices.
Qualifications
