Full Time SAFETY Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Xin Hwa Holdings Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Site Operations & Enforcement

• Supervise daily construction or project activities to ensure full compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1994).
• Monitor high-risk operations, including working at height, excavation, hot works, heavy lifting, and confined space entry.
• Enforce proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage across all workers and subcontractors on-site.

2. Inspections & Audits

• Conduct routine daily and weekly site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and unsafe acts.
• Assist in developing and implementing Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRARC).
• Monitor the implementation of safety management systems (such as ISO 45001) at the site level.

3. . Incident Reporting & Investigation

• Report and investigate near-misses, accidents, and injuries immediately.
• Prepare and submit timely incident reports to upper management and state JKKP/DOSH when required by statutory guidelines.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
