Full Time Senior L2 IT Support Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,800 in Xcon Technology Solutions Johor - Maukerja

Office-based in Johor Bahru, with client site visits when needed.

What you will do

• Be the escalation point for L1 and L2. Resolve most issues yourself and escalate to L3 only for architecture or major security matters
• Guide and review L1 engineers: check ticket quality, coach troubleshooting, and improve first-time fix rates
• Own assigned client accounts. Know their environment, their key contacts, and their recurring issues
• Find the root cause of repeated issues and put permanent fixes in place
• Deliver small IT projects such as server replacements, M365 migrations, and office setups
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID for our clients
• Keep tickets and client documentation up to date as you work

Requirements

• 3+ years in IT support, systems, or managed services, including handling escalations independently
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration
• Windows, Windows Server, and Active Directory
• Networking fundamentals and basic firewall configuration
• Experience guiding or reviewing junior engineers
• Own transport and valid license

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
