Full Time Business Development Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Rotiboy Bakeshoppe Selangor - Maukerja

Support the Business Development team in franchise management, administration, coordination and business development activities, while maintaining strong relationships with franchisees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support franchisees to drive sales growth and profitability through effective relationship management and business support
• Maintain strong relationships with franchisees and attend to their concerns and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure franchisees comply with Company policies, guidelines and operational requirements.
• Monitor and support overall franchise compliance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports, templates and franchise-related documentation.
• Qualify prospective franchisees and prepare the necessary documentation
• Conduct feasibility studies, including site inspections, surrounding area surveys, feasibility analysis and reports
• Act as a liaison with franchisees on franchise-related matters
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required
• Prepare management reports, summaries and relevant updates
• Prepare, review and edit franchise-related documents
• Assist the project team with coordination, documentation and other assigned activities
• Support franchisees in identifying opportunities for continuous business improvement to enhance sales and profitability

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interest in self-development and learning
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently
