Role Purpose: To ensure safe, accurate dispensing of medication, provide professional consultation, and support daily pharmacy operations while upholding regulatory compliance and excellent customer care.

Job Description:

Customer Care & Consultation

·       Show genuine care and prioritize medication safety at all times

·       Dispense medications accurately with clear consultation and counselling

·       Perform basic health screenings (e.g. blood pressure, glucose, BMI)

·       Provide product knowledge and personalized health recommendations

Sales & Service Engagement

·       Promote pharmacy services, promotions, and membership benefits

·       Support the team in achieving sales targets through service excellence

·       Ensure a smooth and professional checkout experiences

Pharmacy & Store Operations

·       Ensure cold chain and controlled medication handling meets regulatory standards

·       Assist the branch manager with daily retail operations

·       Receive, verify, and store incoming stock

·       Support stock handling, stock counts, and replenishment

·       Complete daily opening and closing tasks as required

Teamwork & Training

·       Train and mentor new team members, including PRPs and assistants

·       Guide staff to ensure proper pharmacy practices are followed

Compliance & Community Engagement

·       Ensure full compliance with government regulations, pharmacy laws, and company SOPs

·       Maintain accurate records for poison control and scheduled drug tracking

·       Participate in health awareness programs, marketing campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
