Sepenuh Masa Project Quality Engineer (Thai Speaker) Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,500 in 1Millennium International Sdn Bhd - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related disputes involving third-party vendors on-site.
• Lead "Joint Inspections" with customer representatives and other vendors to reach a consensus on technical issues.
• Perform on-site forensic analysis of material discrepancies (e.g. Quantity mismatch, fitment issues, material grade mismatches, or performance failures)
• Utilize data and physical evidence to determine whether a quality issue originates from our product, others products or improper site integration
• Generate report that document findings with photos, measurements, and references to spec sheets
• Inspect incoming materials from Greatech to on site with 3rd parties and have a proper hand shake agreement on material quantity and quality.
• Translate complex technical disputes into clear, actionable summaries to Quality Manager, Project Engineer and Account Manager.
• Validate that on-site modifications or "work-arounds" do not void compromise safety and quality.
• Negotiate "Corrective Action Plans" with other vendors to ensure a win-win resolution that keeps the project on schedule.
• Lead and drive root cause corrective actions for on site quality with respective internal functional teams.
• Other duties and assignment as instructed by supervisor from time to time.
• To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent relevant working experience, preferably within multi-vendor environments
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as required
• Strong root cause analysis capabilities (e.g. 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone methodologies)
• Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret complex technical drawings
• High emotional intelligence with an assertive yet professional approach, and a strong solutions-oriented mindset

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
