Full Time F-B Assistant (Hotel) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,700 in LEGOLAND PARKS Johor - Maukerja

Position Summary:

The role as F&B Assistant 2 is responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a most courteous manner. Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rule s and policies. To provide a friendly and efficient service to all the guest by presenting a positive and professional attitude at all times. Processing their requests and orders to ensure all items are prepared properly on a timely basis. To also have a thorough working knowledge of the LEGOLAND safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards.

In addition, F&B Assistant 2 is responsible to process guest billing of settlement and proceed for cashier closing base on the daily meal period. You must present a positive and professional attitude at all times and to offer friendly and efficient cashier service to all guests. You need to learn and adapt to various line positions within location and able to apply the knowledge of LEGOLAND profit protection procedure and cashier rules and regulation.

Background and Experience:

· Minimum one (1) year experience in Food & Beverage outlet or completion of trade apprenticeship/internship.

· Proof of completion in a basic food hygiene course.

· Experience multi-tasking and working in an environment with rigorous standards.

· Proven ability to work with a team and to follow instruction.

· A passion to learn and drive to succeed in a F&B/hospitality career.

Additional Information:

· Willing to work rotational shift, including morning & evening shifts

· Willing to work on weekends & public holidays to support peak operations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
