Full Time CNC Machinist (Permanent-Contract-Intern) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in S.E.A Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Set up CNC milling, turning, or machining centers according to job requirements.
• Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine parameters.
• Monitor machining operations to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks using measuring instruments.
• Adjust machine offsets and tooling to maintain required tolerances.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and daily housekeeping.
• Replace worn or damaged cutting tools when necessary.
• Record production output, machine downtime, and inspection results.
• Report machine malfunctions, quality issues, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Ensure all products comply with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Follow all company SOPs, work instructions, and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S practices.
• Assist in training new operators when required.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Machining, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating CNC machines (fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions).
• Experience with CNC Milling and/or CNC Router is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
