Full Time Officer – Weighbridge Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Palmaju Edible Oil Johor - Maukerja

Position: Officer – Weighbridge

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Officer – Weighbridge to manage and coordinate daily weighbridge operations. You will play an important role in ensuring the accurate weighing, proper documentation and smooth movement of incoming and outgoing vehicles and materials within the manufacturing facility.

• Operate and monitor daily weighbridge activities for incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Perform accurate weighing of raw materials, finished products, packaging materials and other goods.
• Verify vehicle details, material information, supplier/customer details and relevant documentation before weighing.
• Record and maintain accurate weight data in the weighbridge system and relevant records.
• Prepare and verify weighbridge tickets, delivery documents, goods receiving records and other related documentation.
• Ensure all weighing transactions are properly recorded and authorized.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Purchasing, Sales and other departments regarding vehicle and material movements.
• Monitor and control the movement of vehicles entering and leaving the company premises according to established procedures.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Operations Management or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in weighbridge, logistics, warehouse, inventory or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing, plantation, edible oil, palm oil or FMCG environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
