Full Time Facility Technician (Electrical Technician) Jobs, in Golden Fresh Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on building systems and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of facility areas including common spaces, restrooms, and office areas.
• Monitor and manage facility inventory and supplies.
• Ensure that the facility adheres to all safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct safety inspections and implement necessary changes to maintain a safe working environment.
• Act quickly and effectively to address emergency situations such as power outages, plumbing issues, or other facility-related emergencies.
• Coordinate with external contractors and emergency services as required.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
• Provide regular reports on facility conditions, maintenance needs, and safety concerns.
• Work with facility management and other departments to schedule maintenance and repairs with minimal disruption to operations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades and renovations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in facility management, maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in facility maintenance, building systems, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, AHU, electrical systems,
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for on-call duties and flexibility in working hours.
