Full Time Director of Sales Jobs, in Trove Johor Bahru Johor - Maukerja

· Directs all sales activities for Sales Personnel to ensure that they meet the goals of the Sales Plan.

· Attend major travel functions. i.e Trade Shows and local hotel association meetings to promote sales for the hotel.

· Establishes and maintains files on major hotel account, he/she has establishes for the Hotel and maintains the sales filing system according to the sales procedures manual.

· Plans and execute sales, trips to major market areas and reports to the General Manager on new potential market areas that should be covered.

· Ensure complete awareness by all sales staff of competitor activities at all time.

· Analyses marketing changes and under the direction of the General Manager, implements programs with the Sales Department to meet these changes (i.e. changes in FIT business, clients combining business travel with leisure travel).

· Meets with all influential clients and ensures post meeting evaluations are Conducted.

· Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major sales areas through direct sales solicitation, telephone contact and written communications.

· Organizes and implements a good program that ensures execution of all group meetings and functions.

· Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner is accordance with established Hotel Policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.

· Interviews and hires with the appropriate skills to meet the business needs of the operation.

· Develops, implements and maintains a departmental orientation program for associates to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job.

· Utilizes all available on the job training tools for associates.
