Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting and administrative tasks
• Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents
• Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Assist in checking and reconciling invoices and supporting documents
• Assist in preparing monthly accounting reports and documentation
• Assist in filing and maintaining proper accounting records
• Perform any other accounting-related tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Ensure all accounting documents are properly recorded and organized
