Full Time QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICAL OFFICER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in FEYTECH SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Act as the primary liaison between the company, customers and suppliers on quality-related matters, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Prepare, compile and provide internal and customer reports, quality data and relevant documentation as required.
• Lead and coordinate improvement actions for internal and customer complaints to address quality issues and support continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage manpower allocation and daily work arrangements within the QA Department to ensure smooth and effective operations.
• Assist in managing QA documentation, records and quality-related requirements to ensure proper document control and readiness for audits.
• Support the QA team in preparing and coordinating for customer and ISO audits, including the necessary documentation and records.
• Work closely with relevant departments, customers and suppliers to follow up on quality issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform other quality-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) activities and processes.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with good discipline, accountability and a positive working attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly for preparing reports and managing quality data.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate with internal teams, customers and suppliers.
• Able to read and understand basic engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 will be an added advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

COMPETENCY LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Quality Assurance or a related manufacturing environment.
• Strong interest and willingness to take ownership of quality-related activities, customer requirements and continuous improvement.
• Willing to work in Tampoi, Johor Bahru, Johor.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
