Job Description:

• Monitor and optimize in-process inspection systems and New Product Introduction (NPI) line quality.
• Perform root cause analysis (CAPA), handle customer complaints, and implement preventive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with IPC-620 standards, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, while managing internal/external audits.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and wire harness diagrams.
• Analyze defect trends, drive scrap/rework reduction using Lean Six Sigma, and report KPIs to management.
• Manage supplier quality, warranty claims, and incoming material compliance.
• Supervise, mentor, and train Quality Engineers and Inspectors, leading cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in quality engineering/management, preferably in automotive or electronic manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
• Utilize structured methodologies like SPC, 8D, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, 5-Why, and Fishbone Diagrams to address production errors and customer complaints.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
