• MAIN SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Assisting in daily food preparation according to requirement and hotel’s standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the daily preparation and production of pastry products
• Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes and instructions
• Assist with breads, cakes, pastries, fillings, creams and other bakery items
• Support senior team members with production and preparation work
• Assist and participate in day to day activities and functions of all kitchen facilities.
• Ensure that performance standards are implemented and maintained.
• Conduct all miss-en-place work required appropriately, completely and efficiently while ensuring that all kitchen appliances and areas of responsibility are clean, neat, and sanitized.
• Perform duties under the close supervision of the Demi-Chef and the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking food items according to recipe standards.
• Comply with the following hotel policies.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by Management.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
