Internship Project Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,000 in LEADING GLOBAL ENGINEERING SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

· Monitor & update the work schedule for the project

· Monitor and ensure construction progress are ahead/on time with the work schedule

· Review all site memos and take appropriate action

· Responsible for proper correspondence & transmittal of documentations with client & IWK

· Prepare Progress Report for PM review

· Attend site and consultant meetings

· Certify the sub-contractor progress claim to the actual work done

· Certify Variation Order

· Update, and photograph report work progress for monthly claims & reports

· Prepare and submit all necessary applications to local authorities e.g. TNB, PBA, IWK & etc. for approval

· Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

· Issue work instructions to sub-contractors

· Raise NCR if non-conformance found

· Check and resolve discrepancies between structure and architecture drawings and other information required about the construction details

· Ensure the work is carried out before the date of inspection by IWK

· Organize, manage and attend handover inspections

· Follow-up comment by IWK until handing over

· Overall responsible for project schedule, planning, tracking & expediting progress & resources

· Ensure compliance with the safety and health and environment of projects by authorities’ requirement

· Communicate project issues to relevant parties and resolve them promptly

· Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR) to QS and control the wastage

· Undertake any other tasks assigned by Project Manager

Requirement:

· At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Planning, Construction Management, Building or QS

· Ability to understand construction drawing and detail
