Full Time Development Executive Jobs, in JLand Group - JLG Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination: Support the pre-development phase including planning, scheduling, coordinating project activities and monitoring project milestones.
• Feasibility Studies & Development Evaluation: Assist in market research, financial assessments, site studies and preparation of feasibility reports, business cases and recommendations.
• Business Development & Strategic Initiatives: Assist in identifying and evaluating new development opportunities, land acquisitions, joint ventures and prepare proposals for stakeholders.
• Design Development & Consultant Management: Coordinate with consultants, support cost estimates and development budgets, and assist in appointment and management of consultants and service providers.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal departments, support stakeholder communications and engagement, and assist in negotiation discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Town Planning, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent discipline.
• Relevant Experience: Executive Level: Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience / Senior Executive Level: Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in property development with exposure to pre-development activities, planning approvals, feasibility studies, consultant coordination and project management.
• Technical Competencies: Strong understanding of property development processes, planning approvals, infrastructure works, contract administration and construction management.
• Key Attributes: Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and project management skills. Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently as well as in a team.
