Full Time Injection Moulding Technician (Plastic Injection) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in LEADERART (M) SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Perform troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and electrical wiring for machinery and equipment.
• Installation: Handle the installation, relocation, and balancing of machinery.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Prepare maintenance schedules, conduct periodic inspections to prevent breakdowns, and manage PM documentation.
• Facility Monitoring: Monitor the physical condition of machines (checking for damage or oil leaks) and oversee Chiller and Cooling Tower systems to ensure production quality and continuity.
• Process Optimization: Monitor and adjust machine settings/parameters during operation to maintain product quality.
• Reporting & Records: Maintain detailed logs of machine issues and prepare daily/monthly reports for management meetings.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers regarding mould issues, machine testing, and technical adjustments.

Technical Tasks

• Developing specialized equipment or tools as needed.
• Conducting Mould Testing and Machine Testing procedures.
• Drafting technical paperwork and maintenance records.

Requirements & Qualifications Technical Skills

• Expertise in Setup and Parameter Setting.
• Strong diagnostic skills (root cause analysis) for mechanical and electrical failures.
• Proficiency in electrical wiring systems.
• Knowledge of raw materials used in injection moulding.

Experience & Education

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years experience in plastic injection moulding.
• Education: Minimum Certificate/MLVK Level 4& 5/PW1/PW2/PW3/PW4/Diploma.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical training are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
