Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all M&E works from the initial stage until project completion
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and quotations
• Handle tendering, sourcing, and evaluation of quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Monitor site progress, quality, cost, and M&E work schedules
• Manage M&E testing, commissioning, and handover
• Identify and resolve M&E technical and site coordination issues

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E/project-related works
• At least Diploma in related field
• Strong experience in BOQ preparation, costing, and quotations
• Able to independently manage M&E works from planning to completion
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Able to read and understand technical drawings
• AutoCAD proficiency is preferred
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
