Job Summary

Responsible for handling daily company errands, document delivery, collection and transportation of items, tools, equipment and materials between the company office, banks, suppliers, courier companies and project/work locations. The role may require travelling within Penang and to other states based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and items to authorities, agencies, or external parties.

Dispatch technical items, tools, equipment, spare parts and materials to the relevant project or work locations.

Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and within the required timeline.

Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company documents.

Maintain proper records of dispatch activities and delivery acknowledgements.

Ensure company motorcycle/vehicle is properly maintained and in good condition.

Bring company vehicles for scheduled servicing, inspection, repair, tyre replacement and other necessary maintenance.

Send and collect company vehicles and relevant documents for PUSPAKOM inspections.

Handle company vehicle-related matters at JPJ, including submission and collection of required documents.

Assist with vehicle inspection, registration, road tax and other related government agency matters.

Assist in loading, unloading and safely handling company materials, tools, equipment and documents during transportation

Adhere to road safety rules and company policies during deliveries.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Possess a valid motorcycle/car driving license (GDL driving licence with a good driving record)

Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.

Good communication and time management skills.

Able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
