Customer Service (CS) Admin - Lead Nurturing Intern Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,000 in CHUAN SENG HIN SDN. BHD. Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and back-end support to the Customer Service team.

Assist in managing, organizing, and distributing incoming leads to the appropriate team members.

Monitor lead status and ensure timely follow-up and accurate record updates in the CRM system.

Support lead nurturing activities by maintaining customer databases and tracking customer interactions.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth lead management processes.

Prepare reports, data entries, and documentation related to customer inquiries and lead performance.

Assist in responding to customer inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience when required.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service efficiency and lead conversion rates.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, Management, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with databases or CRM systems.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset with strong data management skills.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented approach.
