Job responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us for the below job responsibilities:

• To provide administrative support under FMM Institute (marketing, finance & reporting)
• To support HRDC application and claim submission for FMM Branch events
• To assist with logistic support for programme under FMM and FMM Institute
• Management of weekly work schedule
• To provide general administrative support for the branch.
• To assist in marketing of FMM Membership
• To support Branch ISO Management and Quality Audit Exercises.
• To provide secretariat and administrative support to the FMM Sub-Committee
• To support web maintenance and data bank control.
• To perform any other related work to be assigned by the Management from time to time in accordance with the operational needs.

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate holder in any field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in similar capacity with marketing experience.
• Good communication and marketing skills.
• Good analytical and English writing skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 will be an added advantage.
