Hayamim Ava Sdn Bhd, established since 1978, is a distributor of world-renowned Audio Visual systems from premier international brands. We are looking for bright, energetic and quick-learning individuals to join our team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Handle incoming customer enquiries

* Understand customer requirements

* Prepare quotations and proposals

* Follow up enquiries through to order confirmation

* Coordinate customer orders and deliveries

* Assist with tenders and project documentation

NO COLD CALLING

Customer enquiries are generated by the Company through Google, social media, direct marketing, existing customers, referrals and business partners.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, ICT or related fields

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

* Good English & Bahasa Malaysia

* Good computer and digital skills

* Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or other AI tools

* Quick and analytical mind

* Good communication skills

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

No previous Audio Visual experience required — full training provided.
