Full Time Retail Marketing - Store Activation Executive (Southern Region) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in QL Maxincome (FamilyMart MY) Johor - Maukerja

Based in Johor | Frequent travel within Johor and Melaka

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Execute National & Local Store Marketing Campaigns

• Coordinate and execute promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and store activations across assigned regions.
• Ensure campaigns are implemented on time and according to brand standards.

2. Monitor In-Store Marketing & POSM Deployment

• Manage installation and maintenance of marketing materials, POP displays, and campaign communication at store level.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance and execution quality.

3. Drive Local Store Sales Activation

• Identify opportunities for localized marketing initiatives, community engagement, and partnership activities to increase traffic and sales.
• Support grand openings, roadshows, sampling events, and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinate Cross-Functionally with Operations & Vendors

4. Work closely with Operations, Merchandising, Suppliers, and Agency partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.

• Manage vendor timelines, quotations, and execution quality.

5. Track Performance & Market Insights

• Gather field feedback, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Prepare post-campaign reports and recommend improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2-5 years experience in field marketing, retail marketing, trade marketing, or event activation.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, QSR, or convenience store environments is an advantage.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Possess a valid driving license and own car.
• Willing to travel frequently and conduct store visits nationwide.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
