Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment or administration is preferred.
  • Candidates with 2 years or more of relevant HR experience will have an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates looking to build their career in HR are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of Malaysian HR practices and administration is an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
  • Familiarity with employee records, HR documentation and basic HR procedures.
  • Knowledge of EPF, SOCSO and EIS is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to communicate comfortably with employees, candidates and external parties.

As an HR Executive, you will be an important part of our day-to-day people operations. From recruitment and onboarding to HR administration and employee support, you will help ensure our people processes run smoothly while providing a positive experience for our team.

Your Growth & Impact

  • Build hands-on recruitment experience by creating job postings, screening candidates and coordinating interviews across job portals and other recruitment channels.
  • Develop your HR operations skills by managing employee records, attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
  • Gain practical experience with Malaysian statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, external vendors and training providers to support recruitment and employee development.
  • Contribute to better HR processes by helping to organise onboarding, maintain proper documentation and suggest practical improvements.
  • Strengthen employee experience by being a reliable first point of contact for routine HR enquiries and supporting team activities.
  • Gain broader business experience by supporting general administrative tasks alongside HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Create and manage job postings across relevant recruitment channels.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage offer administration and required documentation until onboarding is completed.
  • Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees.
  • Maintain proper recruitment and employee documentation.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave applications and related HR matters.
  • Assist with monthly payroll preparation and ensure payroll inputs are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Assist with statutory matters including EPF, SOCSO and EIS submissions.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports and other HR-related documents.
  • Prepare basic reports covering headcount, attendance and employee movements.
  • Handle day-to-day general administrative tasks and support the smooth running of office operations.
  • Assist with filing, documentation, correspondence and other administrative duties when required.

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Act as the first point of contact for routine employee enquiries and escalate sensitive matters when required.
  • Support internal communications and coordinate employee activities or team events.
  • Assist managers with basic performance follow-ups and employee-related matters.
  • Handle confidential employee and company information with professionalism and care.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
