Responsibilities

Join Cheong Fatt Tze Hotels & Residences as a Guest Experience Ambassador / Supervisor and be part of a team dedicated to creating memorable and personalised guest experiences.

We are looking for a warm, confident and service-driven individual who enjoys connecting with guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring every stay is seamless. You will play an important role in guest relations, arrivals and departures, concierge assistance, handling guest requests and maintaining our high standards of hospitality.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
