Bertanggungjawab menguruskan kerja-kerja yang berkaitan pengurusan kewangan, perolehan bekalan dan pembangunan, pengurusan, perkhidmatan personel, pengurusan pentadbiran pejabat, pengurusan majlis rasmi, mengendalikan urusan Konsuler dan Penguatkuasaan Undang-undang.
1. Stay focused on the resort’s Vision and ensuring all tasks carried out are in accordance to the resort’s established Mission Statement.
2. Conduct regular training, motivation and guidance for all service associates to enhance knowledge and working skills.
3. Utilizing available resources to complete all assigned tasks and projects effectively.
4. Establish and update Standard Operating Procedures based on pre-determined policies.
5. Update, share and communicate all product information to the associates.
6. Supervise and lead the service team by providing hands-on supports.
7. Familiar with food safety requirement (FSR) and Halal Certification hygiene standard. Be part of the Halal Committees and emphasize personal hygiene practices among the associates.
8. Participate in food & beverage walkabout together with Head Chef. Coordinate with maintenance department for any rectification required.
9. Conduct regular inventory of various operating equipment as per guidelines provided.
10. Raise stock and purchase requisition for food & beverage supplies.
11. Create regular and promotional food and beverage menu with the Head Chef. Be familiar with beverage costing.
12. Ensure all produces made by service team are in accordance to standard recipe, including beverages, ice cream, etc.
