Responsibilities
Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for guests.
Manage and supervise daily shifts, including scheduling and coordinating staff
Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Collaborate with various hotel departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
Monitor and control costs within budgetary constraints.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines.
Address operational challenges and find effective solutions.
Coordinate and manage special events, conferences, and functions hosted at the hotel.
