• Bookkeeping and account entries
• To prepare delivery order, payment voucher, invoices, statements & follow up.
• Manage and maintain records, files, and documentation in an orderly manner
• Run errands, other relevant ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
• Manage day-to-day office general administrative tasks including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance and repair, etc.
• Assist with claim and HR related issues, such as recruiting
