Internship with Administration Department (ALLOWANCE PROVIDED)
Overall the Trainee will learn from on-job training and assist the ADMINISTRATION department in the following areas:
• To arrange the interview appointments and prepare documentation such as Employment Application form and Interview Rating Form.
• To take charge of intern induction and prepare intern summary payroll sheet according to their attendance report.
• To make arrangements for new staffs
• To do car arrangements for staff for site visits
• To match invoices with relevant supporting documents and ensure all invoices are verified and approved.
• And to undertake and carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Perform calculations and issue quotes based on the details provided
Assist on prepare payment voucher.
Resolve customer inquiries or any incoming call inquiries.
Attend to customers basic insurance claims and endorsement.
Ensure customers are attended to immediately.
Get a customer database.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell others services provided.
Follow up with insurance companies on claims status
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks.
Creating content for update to social media team.
