To ensure the smooth operation of Management Office, management and maintenance of the building/common property in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders set by the Company.
To assist in facilitating the Annual General Meetings / Extraordinary General Meeting.
Manage, plan and monitor all work progress related to the plot/projects within the given time frame.
To review all service contracts entered by the management committee.
Coordination work with the developers on the process of handling over, inspection and to ensure efficient and effective solutions.
Attend to owners’ complaints/feedback; offer reasonable alternatives implement a close follow up of rectification work completion with the technical team.
To implement and enforce house rules / bylaws / additional bylaws compliance with relevant laws, government rules and regulations and company’s policies.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in Property Development/ Real Estate Management/ Building Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity in Property Management.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations such as strata title, gated community schemes, formation of JMB and etc.
Experience in defects management and handling customers dispute or complaints effectively.
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
*Property Executive who have gated & guarded experience and using SQL accounting system will have advantages.
Working days: 5 and 1/2 days (alternate Saturday)
