  • To ensure the smooth operation of Management Office, management and maintenance of the building/common property in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders set by the Company. At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity in Property Management. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations such as strata title, gated community schemes, formation of JMB and etc. Experience in defects management and handling customers dispute or complaints effectively. Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia. *Property Executive who have gated & guarded experience and using SQL accounting system will have advantages.
