The Research Analyst is responsible for conducting industry and market research to support IPO-related projects and other research assignments. The role involves preparing high-quality research reports, collecting and analysing data, and contributing to the development of Business Overview, Industry Research, Risk Factors, and Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) sections for IPO prospectuses.
