Maintain proper documentation records and filing systems. • Review documentation to ensure compliance with customer, carrier and regulatory requirements. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance documentation and billing processes. Operations Support • Coordinate with internal operational teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Investigate and resolve operational exceptions promptly while communicating updates to relevant parties. • Monitor daily shipment activities and ensure documentation is submitted within required timelines. • Prepare operational and billing reports as required. • Support operational continuity and team activities when required.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly in Excel); logistics system experience such as Cargowise (CW1) will be an added advantage. • This position is located at Sepang, Selangor We are committed to equal opportunity and reject any forms of discrimination.
