In this role, you will lead the full spectrum of HR, office administration, and HR-related ISO compliance, while providing basic, structured purchasing support for our production line.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full-Spectrum HR & Admin (70%): Independently manage monthly payroll, OT calculation, and allowances for factory workers and office staff. Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB). Handle employee relations, warning letters, and ensure full compliance with the Malaysia Employment Act 1955. Maintain office administrative tasks and coordinate foreign worker permit renewals.
