Undertake teaching, research, scholarly activities and academic development
Establish and maintain links and partnerships with academic, industry and professional communities
Design, plan and deliver learning in creative and innovative ways appropriate to the subject disciplines
Contribute to the development, planning and implementation of a high-quality curriculum
Prepare and mark examinations, assignments and other assessments
Participate in the administration of the programmes of study and other activities in the School of Culinary Arts
Monitoring of students' performance on the programme, and continuous improvement of the programme
To perform other duties as assigned by the faculty and management from time to time
Job Responsibilities:
Candidates should have postgraduate qualifications, preferably a Degree or Master's or PhD, in the respective subjects/ disciplines
At least 2 years of teaching experience and/ or relevant industry experience
Strong interest in teaching and being involved in scholarly activities
Committed to high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment for students
Committed to participate in continuous professional development activities
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact well with students and faculty members
Excellent computer literacy with the ability to integrate technology into the learning environment and teaching methodology
