Purpose of the RoleResponsible for the operational delivery, continuous improvement, and performance oversight of client’s Managed Security Services capability under the Cyber Fusion Centre. Monitoring and maintaining all building systems and mission critical facilities equipment and other equipment associated with the raised floor environment including mechanical, electrical, emergency generators, fire/life safety systems and associated equipment.

Plan and perform maintenance works to ensure office facilities are in good working conditions, including meeting rooms, workstations, lighting, air conditioning, sanitary ware, fire protection, security systems, etc
Architect, deploy, and maintain enterprise Control-M / BMC Helix Control-M environments (Enterprise Manager, Server, Agents, and the high-availability/failover topology) aligned with operational resilience mandates such as MAS TRM, DORA, and APRA CPS 230.
Participate in and manage the research project with the Principal Investigator (PI), co-PIs, research team and industry partners to ensure all project deliverables are met.
