Lead and oversee the asset management strategy and execution across the REIT’s portfolio, including Purpose-Built Worker Accommodation (PBWA), Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), and other accommodation assets.
Work with leasing and operations teams to prepare asset strategy plans for assigned office and retail properties, annual property operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and periodic financial forecasts.
Partner with Data Center Operations, Data Center providers, facility vendors, and engineering teams to monitor facility health and ensure critical infrastructure meets operational and service requirements.
