This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager at THE CHAMBER in Genting Highlands. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, help achieve sales and profitability goals, and maintain merchandising and store appearance standards. Responsibilities also include overseeing inventory management, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
