- Serve as focal point of contact for customers on quality-related matters with minimal supervision.2. Ensure products meet customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards.3. Lead customer audits preparation, coordination, and follow-up on audit findings.4. Handle internal non-conformance and support MRB activities.12. Ensure compliance to ISO standards, safety practices, SOP, and company policies.13. Mentor and coach E1 on quality standards and documentation best practices.
