Lead independent review and verification of civil and structural design packages, including foundations, buildings, and associated infrastructure, prepared by the Design & Build / EPCC contractor.
Assess design submissions for compliance with project design criteria, applicable codes and standards, and Owner's requirements.
Provide technical sign-off and recommendations on civil and structural design deliverables at each project stage (concept, detailed design, and construction issue).
