To utilise their knowledge of British Council total reward strategy, principles and processes to be able to tactically implement reward initiatives (including pay and benefits) and processes locally in the regions, that are aligned to the overall reward strategy and principles, but adapted to local and business unit strategic contexts
Role-holder will be expected to utilise their external total reward knowledge and experience to contribute to developing and adapting global, business unit and regional reward strategies, principles and processes
Ensures that they remain up-to-date on external best practice reward policy and processes relevant to the regions they partner with – they will also need to be aware of the impact of local legislation in relation to reward practice.
