• Development of Subject Unit Plan and Lesson Plan as relevant to the age and ability of the group or subject-specific.
• Deliver the IGCSE curriculum in accordance to the guidelines provided in the Teacher Academic Handbook.
• Assessment and evaluation of students’ attainment, progress and result analysis.
• Tracking students’ submission of classwork, homework, class behaviour, student feedback and lesson observation feedback.
• Researching new topic areas, maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge and devising and writing new curriculum materials.
• Observe and manage student behaviour in the classroom and in school premises and apply appropriate measures in cases of misbehaviour.
• Marking of all Continuous Assessments, examinations, worksheets, homework, workbook activities and classroom exercises.
• Development of ECA terms plans, monitoring attendance of students and instructors and generating ECA weekly feedback.
• Classroom management by setting up Class File Communication Records, conducting of PSHE Program, and updating of the student feedback and Student Planner.
• Maintain internal communication with key stage head, teachers, inter inter-departments and attend meetings as scheduled.
• Communicate with parents/guardians with regard to the students’ daily attendance, well-being, homework, classwork, project works, and upcoming tests and complete continuous assessment via face-to-face meetings or the school systems/process as appropriate.
• Ensure that classrooms and corridors are kept safe, clean, litter-free, attractive and educationally stimulating with displays that are regularly updated and in good condition.
• Maintain professional conduct by ensuring completion of assigned duties, adhering to HR policies, attend education fairs and other special events.
• Updating the KSM Modules on student attendance, Markbooks, teaching and learning modules, ECA modules and professional development logs.

Requirements :-
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or equivalent in relevant subject or professional certification from CIE.
