-Responsibles to develop, improve and maintain existing and new product quality which compliance with company certificate standard requirement (such as ISO 2200, HACCP & NASAA) and mission and vision-Develop and improve product that meet the company goals and customer satisfaction- Asist in develops, improve, maintain manufacturing processes by studying product process requirements; coordinate with production team researching, designing, modifying and testing manufacturing methods and equipment-Responsible to design and implement procedure and work instruction of respective processing line-Assist improving product and processing process efficiency for minimum errors and waste-Undertake basic and applied research into aspect of food processing, food preservation , food quality, food deterioration, packaging, storage and delivery-Responsible to maintain, update and renew research documents in ISO system based on standard requirement
